Field Engineers:
Engineering degree, some management experience. Perform inspections, track status of accounts, and work with insurance companies. Experience in the insurance adjustment industry a plus. Fully understand how to measure, fill-out job satisfaction forms, help assist homeowners in picking colors and materials. Experience with Xactimate software and Chronicle knowledge a plus. Travel required.

Skilled Roofers:
Minimum of 3 years experience working as a roofer,on residential properties. Experience with commercial properties a plus. Must be insured and willing to travel.
Customer Service Rep:
Manage customer relations between homeowner and production. Responsible for tracking progress on accounts. Input customer information into database. Field all potential customer inquiries.
Gutter Crews:
Minimum of 3 years experience working as gutter installation crew on residential properties. Experience with commercial properties a plus. Must be insured and willing to travel.
